Description

Spectrophotometric assay measuring phenol oxidation capacity using L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine substrate with absorbance detection at 460 nm. Widely used to quantify oxidative enzyme activity including laccase, polyphenol oxidase, and peroxidase in soil samples.
