Description
This repository contains three supplemental tables for Veldhuisen et al.'s paper titled "Phylogenetic patterns over sixty-five years of vegetation change across a montane elevation gradient." Tables 1 2 contain species replacements in the Smith Brown (2018) phylogeny for the short and full dataset used in the paper. Table 3 contains raw phyogenetic signal results for all community types, with and without lumped data.
